  This 4 story mixed use project will be a signature addition to the City’s revitalization effort. Providing much needed teacher workforce housing with two stories of commercial. Art Nouveau inspired facades will boast a combination of finely detailed masonry, integrated public art, and custom metal. The project features Low Impact Development techniques, improved traffic circulation and pedestrian friendly access.
