The Program and Design Session, often referred to as charette, is a working meeting which allows all the people involved in the project to efficiently identify the major issues and assemble them into a mutually developed design solution. Getting reliable information upfront reduces time wasted through repeat communication and directly communicates information from the source to the team. This saves costs, clarifies concerns and establishes a team environment. Plus, its really exciting!
