  This project’s phased renovation started with a comprehensive facelift and addition and transformed a non-descript 1950’s office building into a strong urban street presence. First floor retail use was added, encouraging pedestrian traffic and casual gathering. Now dubbed “the Panera Bread building”, this landmark is a successful beginning to the city’s ongoing improvements and streetscape creation.
