  As part of the continuing urban revitalization of the Richmond Highway Corridor, the former Krispy Kreme Donut factory, was transformed from an ordinary, greasy industrial manufacturing plant into an up-to-date neighborhood retail center. This adaptive re-use includes the reconstruction of the building’s street facade, as well as the division of the interior into nine separate retail tenants.
