By expanding onto an existing balcony, this top floor dining room at a local independent living facility was given new life and critically needed space. The remodeling includes alterations to the lighting and ceiling with the use of coffers, and domes to provide visual definition between spaces. Cozier dining areas were created by using low dividers and new furniture. Updated interior finishes include new wallcovering, strong wood trim and vibrant carpeting. |
