Complete interior and exterior renovation of existing 2 story building for new use and occupance. Worked with client to create and fit new program, including accessible reception, offices, training and multi-purpose rooms and miscellaneous support spaces. Exterior was renovated to improve the exterior envelope, covered drop off areas, and the signature appearance with corporate colors, architectural EIFS, and various glass and steel canopy designs. |
