A series of flexible spaces separated by masonry walls, the building was designed for light manufacturing by a variety of tenants. The project is a structural steel frame, and uses a strongly detailed decorative skin, of masonry, EIFS & storefront glazing. Planning for a future mezzanine level addresses the need for expansion, and the use of integrated knockout panels will easily allow for natural light at the future mezzanine level. |
