Chesterbrook Plaza
     
  A small infill retail center along a busy street. Two former gas stations were removed (with associated environmental hazards) and a new building with parking were designed to promote a sense of park and walk to stores. The awning was a main design device to do this and was accentuated with the oversize brackets and nostalgic hanging signs. Project has been fully leased since opening in 2002.
