  This new 4 story mixed use signature building is recently added to the City’s revitalization effort, providing much needed teacher workforce housing with two stories of commercial at the lower levels. Art Nouveau inspired facades will boast a combination of finely detailed masonry, integrated public art, and custom metal. The project features Low Impact Development and sustainability techniques, improved traffic circulation and pedestrian friendly access.
