Accotink Academy
     
  Two leading factors driving this project were flexibility and budget. Two base buildings with common core functions were designed to be occupied by a variety of potential industrial based tenants. The simplicity of the program is belied by the sophisticated exterior look achieved through the use of different colors and textures of masonry. The creative use of fabricated steel at the entries highlights the industrial use of each building.
