  This new self storage facility was a bold solution to a complicated and highly visible site. With limited maneuvering area, as well as an existing facility alongside that needed to stay operational, we designed a host of features including a sub basement, a green roof and a dramatic but hugely functional cantilevered loading area into a project that is already successfully exceeding the pro forma.
