Mixed use project-3 levels of office over retail, a US Postal Service and a sidewalk café & restaurant facing the quieter side street. The topography allowed an integrated bi-level parking deck without empowering the street.
As a LEED Gold, the building addresses a state-of-the-art envelope and unique aesthetic goals. Key elements include a green roof, recycled content, high efficiency mechanical systems, cool coating on parking deck, xeriscaping, and multi-modal transportation connections. |
